Deliver operational leadership, management and supervision to all operational, technology, administration, customer service and account management functions. Key strategies include:
■ Play a key role in strategic planning, marketing, and business development efforts, and provide comprehensive, cost-effective products and services in support of SAB’s operational business plans.
■ Lead the development and implementation of an organizational turnaround strategy, as well as management of cost-reduction solutions for outpatient imaging centers, surgery centers, and clinics across California.
■ Execute operational excellence regarding workflow analyses, staff training, and strategic growth and oversee business development policies, and objectives.
■ Ensure the adequacy and soundness of the organization’s financial structure and working capital requirements.
■ Assist in budget development, render budget related advice to clients, and drive budget execution.
■ Develop strong orientation for proposal writing and the oversight of grants and contracts; carry out financial feasibility studies and develop proposals for new business opportunities.
■ Oversee personnel management, and manage talent acquisition.
