- High: 50%–70% chance
- Medium: 40%–50% chance
- Low: 20%–40% chance
- Very Low: 0%–20% chance

Orange County falls into the 50% – 70% chance category. We are already seeing the the drop. The question is how low will they go and in what price category? I don’t have a crystal ball, but I were to guess, I would worry about the higher end properties and maybe around 10% fall from their peak value towards the end of 2021.
