Colin is an attorney in South California. He practices municipal law. He is the General Counsel for the City of Fountain Valley and special counsel for numerous other cities and public agencies.
He has over 17 years of experience in municipal law, including Planning, Zoning, and Development.
He is currently helping his clients stay on the cutting edge of the many state laws that have come out over the past several years regarding Accessory Dwelling Units
