Mel Wagstaff is a Commercial Broker with KW Commercial, and specializes in Land Sales in Southern California. He has approximately 40 years of experience in real estate. He is a member of the “International Council of Shopping Centers” and is the Past President of “RIAOC (Realty Investment Association of California). Prior to joining KW Commercial, Mel was a Vice President at Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of land.

In 2005 Mel was the recipient of the prestigious Partner’s Circle Award which is reserved for Advisors that are in approximately the top 5% of the company. In 2007 he was then promoted to the position of Vice President in the company. Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Wagstaff invested 6 years of service with Coldwell Banker and was one of the top ten agents in their region. He was the number one land broker in the company for the Region.

He has held a number of positions in the title industry, including Sales Manager and Regional Sales Trainer. One of his greatest attributes is his ability to communicate with all real estate professionals, from top producers to the newly licensed agent. He takes great pride in the number of long term clients, relationships and friends he has in his business today. In 2013 David launched The DP3 Organization, his Real Estate Academy, which he and his team train and coach real estate professionals nationwide.
