5 Week Trends

All counties in SoCal showed a decrease in the current inventory, with exception of Riverside & San Bernardino County that showed an increase of 0.47% & 2.30% respectively. There was an average decrease of 3.98% in the region.

New listings in the region also showed an overall downward trend with an average of 15.53%. Exceptions were San Bernardino & Ventura counties that showed an increase of 7.05% and 0.99% respectively. Older listings showed a downward trend as well with the average drop for the region being 2.89%.

New listings were 25.76% of total active inventory and older listings slightly went up to 11.26% of the active listings.

Coming soon inventory changed the trend from last week and went up by 29.30%.

Closed listings changed the trend from last week and slightly went up by an average of 18.39% in So Cal.
