In So Cal, there was overall upward trend in inventory with average increase of 11.14%. There were no exceptions in the region.
New listings in the region showed upward trend with an average decrease of 27.12%. The exception was Ventura County with decrease of 4.17%.
New listings were 33.43% of total active inventory and older listings were at 9.07% of the active listings.
Coming soon inventory changed the trend from last week and went down by 2.42%.
Closed listings changed the trend from last week and went up by an average of 7.79 in So Cal.
