Active Inventory listings were up across the Southland by an average of .06% with a mixed activity among the counties.

New listings were up by .49% and the older listings were down by 1.56%. New listing inventory was mixed among the counties and the older listings were down in every county except in Ventura.

New listings remain 30.33% of total active inventory and older listings dropped to 14.09% of the active listings.

Coming soon inventory continued its trend and dropped by 4.94%.

Closed went up by an average of 5.08% in So Cal. The trend was positive in every county except for San Diego that experienced a drop of 5.08%. The overall result was good news to all, buyers, sellers, lenders and agents.
