In So Cal, there was overall upward trend in inventory with average increase of 4.51%. The exceptions were Orange & Riverside Counties with respective decrease of 1.57% & 1.08%.

New listings in the region also showed upward trend with an average increase of 15.14%.

New listings were 30.53% of total active inventory and older listings slightly were at 18.74% of the active listings.

Coming soon inventory changed the trend from last week and went up by 12.56%.

Closed listings also changed the trend from last week and went down by an average of 4.59% in So Cal.
