Home preparation and staging

Preparing your home to sell is one of the most important steps and will help you get top market value for your home.

Unique targeted marketing

93% of home buyers use the internet.  54% of them found the home

they bought online.  Make sure your home stands out.

Strategic pricing

Houses that are priced right from the beginning typically sell for more in the end. Just as you want the most money possible for your home, your buyer wants to pay the least amount of money.

Here are some great preparation tips that will maximize the return on the investment of your home.

Nearly 90% of respondents to the Coldwell Banker survey say they believe the real estate market will be better than or the same as 2022 for property investment. The following emerging trends were noted in the report.
