He has held a number of positions in the title industry, including Sales Manager and Regional Sales Trainer. One of his greatest attributes is his ability to communicate with all real estate professionals, from top producers to the newly licensed agent. He takes great pride in the number of long term clients, relationships and friends he has in his business today. In 2013 David launched The DP3 Organization, his Real Estate Academy, which he and his team train and coach real estate professionals nationwide.

With over 33 years in the Real Estate Industry, Eric Spitz, has been on the forefront of providing Natural Hazard Disclosure reports since 1994 and created an industry legend before selling it to an institutional organization in 2005.
As his non-compete expired, he realized there was a better way to produce Natural Hazard Disclosure Reports and MyNHD was started in 2010.
Initially used as a risk management product to take liability off the seller and agents while providing important information for a buyers due diligence, NHD’s became a required disclosure on all real estate transactions in California as of 1998.
As the natural hazard climate continues to be a major topic throughout the US, buyers should have this Natural Hazard info while making important decisions on their purchase. Eric continues to advocate this important info to perspective buyers while reducing liability to brokers, agents and sellers.
