Former People Magazine Editor Is Selling His Fab Palm Springs Pad For Nearly $4M
Jess Cagle, the former editor of People magazine, is saying so long to his SoCal spread. Cagle purchased the property just three years ago for $2,195,000 and stands to score a nice profit if the posh place sells for its list price of $3,895,000.
The 3,125-square-foot home is a true midcentury modern classic, with four bedrooms and three baths on just over a quarter-acre. Fans of architectural design will be thrilled by the home’s post-and-beam construction, as well as its clerestory windows—a long bank of glass that sits up high at the ceiling’s edge.
