Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Set Their Sights on $64M Pacific Palisades Mansion

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are reportedly looking at a $64 million mansion in Pacific Palisades, CA.

According to TMZ, the married couple canceled the $34 million purchase of a nearby house and are said to be now considering this larger and pricier one.

This lavish home, which is said to be owned by the Milken family, is still an active listing for sale on Realtor.com®.

The A-listers have been reshuffling their real estate portfolio of late. Just last month, Lopez put her massive Bel-Air spread on the market for $42.5 million. Affleck also let go of his Los Angeles spread last year.

The eight-bedroom home TMZ says the couple are currently in escrow for was built in 2005 and beautifully updated and maintained over the years.

Located in the exclusive Palisades Riviera, the 1-acre lot features a 13,000-square-foot main home and a 3,000-square-foot guesthouse.

The main home features a chef’s kitchen with a soaring ceiling, high-end appliances, and oversized center island with seating. The dining room has French doors that open up to a private terrace. The bright and airy living room features a fireplace and built-in cabinetry.

Other highlights include a wood-paneled library with a coffered ceiling, a professional media room, two studies, and an elevator. The first-floor primary suite opens up to the private backyard.

There’s an 800-square-foot gym, a large game room, two playrooms, and a resort-style pool and spa for the couple’s blended family. The home theater offers stadium seating.

The guesthouse has two bedrooms and four bathrooms, “one of which features a Japanese spa soaking tub,” according to the listing.
